A man has been jailed after he persistently graffitied Melbourne trains and pinned a woman down, making her so scared she wet herself.

Christopher Lukezic, from Noble Park, appeared in Dandenong Magistrates Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to a string of charges including criminal damage and making threats to kill.

Lukezic was busted many times throughout late 2022 and early 2023 tagging trains at the Windsor, Noble Park, and Frankston stations.

He was captured on CCTV going down onto the tracks to tag the trains, scrawling words such as “Dopey”, “Lucifer”, and “Grim Reaper”.

On one occasion Lukezic was stopped by an authorised officer at the Noble Park train station after he had tagged a banister and a train.

When the officer approached Lukezic he attempted to stop her by spraying the can of spray paint at her.

To add to Lukezic’s personal art projects he also pleaded guilty to some more serious charges.

On September 8, 2022 Lukezic scratched the side of a neighbour’s car and on September 11 he yelled at his neighbour who was outside on a ladder that he was going to hell.

When the victim attempted to drive away Lukezic accosted his car, banging on the body and windows, also putting out a cigarette butt on the window.

When the victim got out of the car to confront Lukezic he threatened to throw petrol on him.

He then retrieved a black container and threw the liquid on the victim before threatening to go and get a lighter.

The court heard the liquid wasn’t petrol, it was just water, however the victim was made to believe it was petrol.

In March this year Lukezic was using meth with a friend when an argument broke out between them over some missing pills.

Lukezic stole the victim’s phone and hid it in a bedroom as he believed she had stolen his pills.

He then pushed her to the ground and held her down, covering her mouth and choking her.

The court heard the woman became so terrified she involuntarily urinated in her pants.

After letting the woman go he forced her to strip down to her underwear before exposing his genitalia to the woman.

The court heard Lukezic was suffering from mental health issues however, was doing himself no favours by engaging in the use of drugs.

Lukezic was sentenced to 14 months in prison with a non parole period of eight months.

Lukezic had already served 173 days in pre-sentence detention.
