Sheridan Piper-Wing is known for her rice paper rolls.
Friends and relatives of the Dandenong North foodie often ask her to whip up a batch when they drop by.
“I guess I just have a knack for them,” Ms Piper-Wing said.
She uses a combination of beef marinated in Asian sauces, prawns, vermicelli noodles, carrot and coriander.
The recipe is just one of many she shares on her Instagram page, sheridan’skitchenX0.
“I like to share what I’m doing and I’ll sometimes pick up recipes from other people online as well,” she said.
Her recipe is now being shared as part of an Armada Dandenong Plaza initiative.
The centre is asking budding cooks and food bloggers to submit the favourite recipe that makes their family and friends drool to its food blogging competition.
Three semi-finalists will be chosen to cook their favourite dish using ingredients from the centre’s fresh food retailers.
A $100 gift card from Armada Dandenong Plaza will be provided for the entrant to buy their ingredients.
The winner will receive a $500 Armada Dandenong Plaza gift voucher and recognition for their winning recipe.
