Alleged Seaford flasher: Police hunt alleged flasher

The hunt is on for an alleged flasher who has followed women in Seaford and allegedly performed a sex act in front of them.

Police release CCTV of man who flashed woman in Seaford

A man allegedly showed a woman pornography before exposing himself during a series of alleged vile offending across near a Melbourne beach.

Police alleged the man approached a woman at 1.33pm on June 28 who was in her car at the Keast Park carpark in Seaford when he flashed her pornography.

He then exposed himself before the woman drove away, with the man allegedly chasing after her.

About 15 minutes later, two women were walking along the foreshore when the same man allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in front of them.

Police have released CCTV footage of a man they believe will be able to assist them with inquiries.

The man is described to be caucasian appearing, in his 20s to 30s, with a slim build.

He is also described to have blackened and missing teeth.

The man was wearing a red Champion jumper, a grey hoodie, black Nike tracksuit pants and brown boots.
