A woman has died after a blaze broke out at a home in Emerald on Thursday morning, forcing two other people to flee the fire.

A woman has died after a house fire on Kilvington Drive, Emerald in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The woman is yet to be formally identified.
Emergency services arrived at the home at 2.40am after reports a fire had broke out.
A man and a woman who were also inside the house at the time of the fire managed to evacuate safely and uninjured.
Police established a crime scene at the home to investigate the cause of the fire.
It is not believed to be suspicious.
