Lilydale geared up for a day of Bavarian fun and festivities this weekend with the 2024 Yarra Valley Oktoberfest.
With the picturesque backdrop of the Yarra Valley, this year’s event was bigger and better than before with thousands flocking to the Lilydale Showgrounds on Saturday, October 28.
Beer lovers enjoyed a wide selection of local and imported brews on tap, including traditional German lagers, wheat beers, and craft selections from Yarra Valley’s own breweries.
Foodies indulged in hearty German fare, from pretzels and bratwurst to sauerkraut and schnitzels, making it a true celebration of Bavarian culture.
