CUSTOMERS have been lining up down the street to try a new dessert craze in Ringwood.
Inspired by the Halal Snack Pack, the owners of Pizzeria Express, Mark and Cassy Micheli, have come up with the “Donut Snack Pack”.
The DSP features homemade doughnuts, Nutella and white chocolate sauces, with chocolate bars topping it all off.

The DSP has had customers lining up “out the door and down the street” in the four weeks they have been on offer, Mr Micheli said.
He said demand was so great they’d extended business hours to cater to customers travelling from Geelong, Mordialloc and all over Melbourne.
They’ve had to increase their dough-making from one batch of dough to seven a night, and have gone from producing about 100kg of dough to about 1200kg.
They have also gone from using 6kg of Nutella to 30kg.
Mr Micheli, 27, said he and Cassy opened the Loughnan Rd store eight months ago.
