A stunning Olinda landmark that has hosted countless couples for romantic getaways has hit the market.

Fletchers Yarra Ranges has listed The Loft In The Mill, at 1602 Mount Dandenong Tourist Rd, for sale, with an auction to be held next month.

Described as an “iconic” landmark, surrounded by romantic countryside and natural gardens, the three-storey bluestone building is currently used as a boutique hotel with a day spa.

The property includes four private entranced furnished suites, two private entranced suites with commercial tenant, an office, library and reception area, and a bitumen-sealed 12 space carpark.
