It may have shut its doors, but many punters have fond memories of nights out at Seamus O’Toole’s Irish Pub at Knox Ozone.
Also known as The ‘Rish, the pub opened in 2002, with many pints of Guinness enjoyed in the years following.
As well as traditional St Patrick’s Day celebrations, the pub become famous for its Monday night industry drinks, weekend parties and food, including its chicken parmas.
The pub shut last year, devastating hundreds of loyal patrons, who turned out in huge numbers to enjoy one final night out at the venue.
In a Facebook post, the pub’s management said:
“We will never be forgotten, as we are forever in your hearts.
“We will continue our longstanding Westfield relationship and are presently exploring all options for a new modern Irish concept so stay ready for more to come.
“Stay tuned for the day we return to our beloved loyal local patrons.”
