A young Bayswater man has died after crashing his motorbike near EastLink in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Victoria Police said emergency services were called to Police Rd in Mulgrave following reports a motorcycle had crashed into a barrier just before 4.30am.
The rider, a 23-year-old Bayswater man, died at the scene.
Nunawading highway patrol officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
