The top of Mount Midoriyama proved elusive for Australian Ninja Warrior contestant Susie Ramadan when she appeared on the show last night, but she still came out punching.
The World Boxing Council and International Boxing Federation Bantamweight world champion from Lalor said while she had no fear taking hits in the ring, the Australian Ninja Warrior course had her shaking.

“I’m actually scared of heights and I knew it (Ninja Warrior) was going to be something that would help me smash out that fear,” she said.
After falling into the water just seconds into the obstacle-laden, high-adrenaline course, Ms Ramadan, who goes by the boxing name Susie Q, said in many ways the show was harder than boxing.
“I can’t get back up in Ninja like I do in the ring,” she said.
Since winning her first professional boxing fight 10 years ago, Ms Ramadan has won four world titles.
While she had not ruled out “doing more ninja training”, for now she was focused on her next world title fight which she hoped to win in Mexico this October.
Australian Ninja Warrior continues Sunday at 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Nine and 9Now.
