Disturbing footage has surfaced of an apparent road-rage incident outside Westfield Plenty Valley in Mill Park on Monday.
The video sent to the Leader shows a woman yelling at people who had parked their vehicles along a parking bay near the Commonwealth Bank entrance of the shopping centre about 2pm.
She repeatedly yells “move the car”, before hurling racial abuse at a family trying to leave the scene.
The footage then showed her kicking their vehicle, before getting behind the wheel and deliberately driving her own car into the back of it.
The owner of the vehicle then confronts the woman, but she lashes out and pushes the man, forcing the two to ground where they can be seen wrestling in the middle of a busy service lane.
The woman is then seen spitting at the car as it drives off.
