DUAL world drone flying champion Thomas Bitmatta’s Winx-like winning streak shows no sign of letting up after the aerial ace took home first prize in the Adelaide Show FPV World Cup held earlier this month.
Bitmatta, 18, had barely let the ink dry on his MultiGP World Cup winner’s cheque when he scored $8000 at South Australia’s top drone comp.
The Roxborough Park teen’s swag of 2017 titles also includes the Australian Open and Australian Nationals.
However, the pressure and expectation is starting to mount on the young wiz and he didn’t have all his own way.
”One of my drones was destroyed which meant I couldn’t afford mistakes,” he said.
Once he made it though the cool ice in his veins kicked in and his opponents were blown away.
