A Pandora spokeswoman said it had been notified that there was a confirmed case of coronavirus among staff at the Epping store.

“The health and safety of our people and the wider community is always our first priority and as such, the store has been closed until further notice,” the spokeswoman said.

“We are categorically following the guidance of the Department of Health and Human Services at this time, both in relation to the wellness of people impacted and the treatment of the store environment.”

The spokeswoman said customers who were in the store on July 28 should monitor for symptoms and immediately self-isolate and seek testing if symptoms develop, however mild.

According to Friday’s figures from The Department of Health and Human Services, there are 435 active cases of coronavirus in Whittlesea.
