Murrumbeena man has died in Kinglake ride-on mower accident
A man has died after the ride-on mower he was driving flipped and rolled down an embankment in Melbourne’s northeast.

A man has died after becoming stuck underneath a ride-on mower in Kinglake just days after Christmas.
The 51-year-old man from Murrumbeena was found unconscious on an embankment on the Whittlesea-Kinglake Rd at 3.45pm on December 27.
Police believe the ride-on mower flipped, throwing the driver from his seat and trapping him underneath the four-wheeler.
The witness who found the man immediately called emergency services.
Paramedics arrived at the scene just before 3.55pm but the man was unable to be revived.
Investigators are making inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the accident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
