A MOTHER who left her wallet at a busy shopping centre after her daughter became ill is looking to find two Banyule good Samaritans.
Briony Makin, of Nutfield, on the north eastern fringes of the city, was shopping for birthday presents at Greensborough Plaza with her mum Lynne Lloyd, daughters Sophie, nine and Gracie, two, who came down with a severe ear ache.
After quickly skolling their coffees and making a phone call to the doctor the three rushed to the carpark before driving a hysterical Gracie to get medical attention.

Mrs Makin said she only realised she did not have her wallet with her after they had visited the doctor.
“The Hurstbridge chemist was so great, not only did they IOU antibiotics but they also offered to lend me money for anything else I needed to get before going home,” Mrs Makin said.
After the family arrived home, Mrs Makin called the shopping centre to try and find her wallet.
“I was on the phone to Greensborough Plaza when they (the good Samaritans) came up the driveway,” she said.
“They had a little girl and a two-year-old boy with them and they’d driven all the way out to give me back my wallet they had found.”
Mrs Makin said despite trawling her house from top to bottom to give them some petrol money, all she could gather up was $16.
The couple, who she said were in their 30s, told her they were from Macleod and Heidelberg Heights and did a 40-minute round trip to deliver the wallet.
“I was so stunned it wasn’t until they’d driven off I realised I had forgot to get their details so I could thank them properly,” Mrs Makin said.
