A $55 MILLION winning Powerball ticket remains unclaimed, five months after it was sold by a Brunswick store.
The winning ticket in the January 11 draw was sold at Scole Lotto and News on Sydney Rd.
The ticket was unregistered and Tatts has not been able to find its owner.

The winner has less than a month left to claim the winnings before it is handed to the State Revenue Office.
While the winnings can be used by the government, Victorian laws state the winnings will be paid out if the ticket is provided at any point in the future.
Powerball yesterday held a ‘Memory Jog’ around Barkly Square and Brunswick, hoping to jog the memories of anyone who hasn’t checked their coat pockets since January.
“Each day during the last five months we’ve been asking ourselves, is today the day the winning ticket is presented?” Powerball spokesman Matt Hart said.
“In previous cases where people have come forward weeks, months and even years after the draw to finally claim their prize, they’ve told us the winning ticket was hiding in plain sight the whole time — in their wallet or purse, on the fridge, or just lying around in a draw.”
The numbers on the winning ticket in Powerball draw 1130 were 32, 7, 5, 34, 38 and 11, with the Powerball number of 12.
