Delicious dishes and baked treats have found their way to Highpoint Shopping Centre.

New bakery cafe Rustica has opened its doors, serving up a contemporary-style cuisine with a Japanese flare.

Menu items include Coconut Tapioca made with cassava pearls and coconut sorbet and Japanese Pancake.

“We don’t want to be seen as your average, run-of-the-mill cafe, so we’re always looking for that point of difference,” founder Brenton Lang said.

The cafe is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner on level three.
