Sickening footage has captured the moment a one-punch coward attacked another man outside a laundromat in Melbourne’s west.
Daniel Vaofusi, 24, punched 28-year-old Levent Babacan in the side of the head and left him for dead about 6.45pm on December 3, 2017 at Cairnlea Shopping Centre.
The Deer Park man pleaded guilty to one charge of recklessly causing serious injury, which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years jail, in the County Court today.

CCTV footage, played in court, showed Vaofusi walking out of the Blue Hippo laundromat at the shopping centre directly towards Babacan, who had his hands in his pockets, and savagely punching him with a closed fist once to the left side of face.
Vaofusi’s partner followed him out of the laundromat holding their three-month-old daughter.
The footage showed Babacan crumpled on the concrete and motionless, while Vaofusi looked down at him and then walked away unconcerned to finish a load of washing.
A CT scan later showed Babacan suffered a bleed in the skull, and swelling, pressure and bleeding on the brain.
He suffered brain trauma that stopped him from speaking and forced him to use a whiteboard to communicate.
There were 20 witnesses to the attack, according to court documents.
Vaofusi will be sentenced at a later date.
