Barkly Street: Police hunt for two people from Footscray alleged theft
Two people are wanted by police after they allegedly smashed the window of a luxury car in Footscray and stole valuables they found inside.

Police are on the hunt after two people allegedly executed a brazen car theft in Footscray which left a car window smashed.
A man and a woman allegedly used a claw hammer to smash their way into a parked MG sedan on Barkly St as pedestrians watched on in broad daylight last week.
After the woman, decked out in black activewear, tried to open the door and failed, the man clambered through the passenger window and into the vehicle.
The man, wearing a blue Tommy Hilfiger hoodie and tracksuit pants, Nike basketball shoes and a black peaked cap, removed items from the car to the woman before they escaped down Barkly St.
The man is described as a 30-years-old with red hair and beard and the woman is described as 30-years-old with brown hair and red highlights.
