Swimmers are being urged to come dressed to go as toilets and change rooms remain closed at the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.
Members and public changing rooms, one accessible changing room and toilet and two family changing rooms on the pool deck will remain closed during the school holidays after a sewer pipe burst last month.

Sixteen temporary portaloos have been set up outside the leisure centre, only a few lockers and change rooms are available.
Members were being asked not to carry valuables with them and to go dressed for their activity so they wouldn’t have to use the changing rooms.
The council would not say how much the portaloos were costing to hire.
Works have been ongoing since early March when a sewer waste water leak caused by a structural fault with the main sewer line closed the centre for about a week.
Moonee Valley Mayor Narelle Sharpe said she was expecting rebuilding works to the toilets and changing rooms to begin within the next few weeks.
“At which stage we will have a better idea of when these facilities can re-open,” she said.
Belgravia Leisure has been providing updates to members via SMS, email, social media and its website.
In the meantime, members can use gym facilities at Windy Hill in Essendon or contact the centre directly to help make other arrangements.
Visitors fear the lack of changing rooms has encouraged some to get changed in public.
A woman commented on the centre’s page that she was “horrified” to watch a man get changed out in the open a few weeks ago in front of children.
“He seemed comfortable removing all his clothing and standing there. Perhaps next time life guards or management need to be more vigilant as there were children present and quite frankly it was disgusting to see,” she said.
