When Melbourne first introduced restrictions in March 2020 the chapel saw a surge of couples seeking ‘shotgun’ style packages which complied with COVID-19 restrictions.
Since the pandemic began The Altar Electric has recorded a 50 per cent increase in bookings with couples searching fund local alternatives to traditional celebrations.
