A supermarket, cafe, deli will be built on the ground floor and more drinking and dining options to be announced at a later date.
For locals preferring to ride to work electric bikes and extensive bike storage will be available.
The building is located in the city’s new CBD South precinct and it made up of 456 apartments to be built in the first stage and construction expected to be finished in 2022.
Since launching in April 150 buyers have bought into the modern building which has been popular with young people as it is the only apartment project on the city fridge eligible for the Home builder grant.
