Two witnesses, including a female patient a Melbourne chiropractor is accused of indecently assaulting, will give evidence against the health professional at the Magistrates’ Court.
Dr Ian Deitch is fighting allegations he raped and sexually assaulted female patients during consultations between 2013 and 2021.
The chiropractor also allegedly touched a woman’s breast and nipples, rubbed his clothed erect penis on her head and kissed her without consent.
Dr Deitch has been committed to the County Court for trial and the case will be called for a pre-trial hearing on March 26, 2025.
He is facing an additional charge of indecent assault and it’s alleged he put his hand into a female patient’s underwear and made small circular motions over the pubic area in May 2011.
The case was set down for a committal hearing in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday but the matter was adjourned to December 13.
