Leanora Aruci, Caulfield Grammarians
A recruit in the off-season after playing in Old Geelong’s premiership last season. Aruci has added more goalkicking class to Caulfield’s forward line.

After stepping up from Premier B with her side, she’s made a strong start to the season and will be one of her side’s keys.
Jemima Carey, Kew
Carey has made the most of her opportunities in the senior team early in the season with two mentions in the best.

Previously part of the Northern Knights set-up. Coleman can play key position but is more than capable of playing several roles.
Jolyn Collins, Melbourne University
A consistent performer for her side last season with eight mentions in the best and has started the year in fantastic form.
Georgia Fraser-Smith, Old Scotch
Has started the season in brilliant form. Fraser-Smith was one of the unheralded stars of the 2024 premiership.
Chloe Haritopoulos, Fitzroy
Providing her side with a strong presence inside forward 50 early in the season with multiple goals in both games.
Katie Hunter-Scott, Old Scotch
A key part in the Old Scotch defence as they look to go back-to-back this season. She consistently has the ability to go head-to-head with the opposition’s best players.
Sarah Jolly, West Brunswick
Has crossed from Coburg for this season. Jolly is already proving to be a smart acquisition for the Magpies with her ability to hit the scoreboard.
Sarah Kenny, Caulfield Grammarians
One of the leading forwards in the competition after booting 27 goals in 16 games last season. Kenny has started the year in fine form with five majors.
Brooke McKay, Old Geelong
The reigning Premier B best-and-fairest is testing herself at the VAFA’s highest level this season and already she looks set for a big year.
Loren Mills, Williamstown CYMS
One of the dominant midfielders in Premier B last season as her side went through the home-and-away season undefeated.
Clare Moody, Old Yarra Cobras
One of her side’s young leaders who has a fierce attack on the footy. She has a wonderful ability to win the ball in close.
Vanessa Murphy, Kew
The former VFLW player has crossed from Old Xaverians where she played three games last season.
Maddy Seeback, Old Geelong
Coach Jack Crameri says she plays like a typical country footballer who is tough. Across halfback she’s been in the best two times.
Hannah Smith, St Kevin’s
A Team of the Year member last season and Smith has already made a stunning start to 2025. She’s booted 10 goals including nine in the opening game.
Kate Stanton, St Kevin’s
One of the stars of the competition. After being named in the 2024 Team of the Year, Stanton has efforts of eight goals followed by two to start her season.
Nell Washington, Melbourne University
Has made a strong start to the year with two mentions in the best.
Taylah Watson, West Brunswick
A Team of the Year member last season. Watson is one of the leading midfielders in the competition when she’s fit and firing.
Lauren Winter, Williamstown CYMS
Won her side’s best defensive player award last season and is shaping up as a key figure in the top tier.
