The Northern Football League has confirmed a major reshuffle of its fixture for the second half of the season.
The league has made several changes across its three divisions in a move it hopes to improve draw equality of all clubs.
All senior men’s football clubs will now play eight home and away matches after some clubs lost two home matches due to Melbourne’s fourth lockdown.
The Division 3 will see major changes to ensure all clubs play each other at least once and two teams twice – one from the top four of 2019 and one from the bottom four.
The NFNL board ratified the move this week with the league hopeful the season will resume on June 19.
The changes are as follows.
