Mark Wheeler has seen premiership players, club captains and best-and-fairest winners in his near two-decade stint as a talent manager, and now he’s tried to squeeze them into his best-ever side.

Mark Wheeler raised the bat in 2021.
The long-time talent manager waved on his 100th boys draftee.
Starting at Dandenong in 2007, Wheeler directed 63 Stingrays onto an AFL list before crossing to the Sandringham Dragons in 2018, where he has since seen 37.
After almost two decades involved in the system, Wheeler averages over six draftees a year.
His players have gone on to captain sides, win premierships, best and fairests, Rising Stars and inspire generations.
Wheeler has now tried to squeeze them into his best-ever side…
