East Keilor star Chris Stewart has been suspended for two matches for striking.
The Cougars ruckman faced the Essendon District league tribunal on Tuesday night where the two-game ban was upheld for an incident involving Maribyrnong Park big man Chris Prowse.
Footage from the first quarter incident shows Stewart claim his opponent high at a centre bounce following a Maribyrnong Park goal.
The umpire awarded a high free kick to Prowse before producing a yellow card which saw Stewart leave the field of play for 15 minutes late in the quarter.
Stewart would eventually kick the match winning goal after the siren from a high free kick awarded at a stoppage with just seconds remaining.
