Newtown & Chilwell has claimed the Under-18 Division 1 premiership after an outstanding season.

The Eagles, led by Francesco Posterino, booted 10.10 (70) to St Mary’s score of 5.5 (35) to claim the flag.

Noah Caracella and Jesse Colville both booted two goals each for the Eagles, while Noah Tullio was awarded the best on ground honours for his efforts in the win.

The premiership capped off an undefeated season for the Eagles, going 18-0 with a percentage of 331.04.
