Father’s Day lunch at the Stokehouse has been a tradition for many but with coronavirus restrictions forcing the popular dining spot to close its doors, the team have come up with a way you can celebrate dad at home.
Limited Father's Day ‘make at home’ boxes mean you can still spoil dad with his favourite beachside fare this Sunday.
The box, put together by executive chef Jason Staudt, includes all the ingredients you need to whip up a four-course Stokehouse experience, including house baked focaccia with buffalo curd, smoked ocean trout pate, prawn cocktail, slow-cooked Cape Grim short rib with celeriac, pumpkin and potato bake with thyme and aged pecorino and sticky date pudding.
Each box comes with detailed preparation instructions and is designed for easy at-home assembly with minimal cooking required.
With State 4 restrictions in place, boxes are available only for contactless drive through pick up from the St Kilda venue.
