Verdict: After achieving the ultimate in 2014, Beaconsfield is well placed to go back-to-back. It will look to take its trademark pressure around the ball to another level and expose sides with outside speed.

Verdict: After a disappointing end to 2014, Cranbourne is determined to turn grand final heartache into premiership success. With ex-VFL coach Simon Goosey at the helm, it’s well equipped to do so.
