A VINTAGE home fixtures and furniture giant has opened a flagship warehouse in a former Moorabbin tobacco factory.
More than 3000 people turned out for the opening of Schots Home Emporium in Moorabbin last week eager to snap up eclectic pieces at opening sale prices.
And the good news is, most stock in the 4000 square metre converted building is still being sold at 40 per cent off the regular price, including unique pendant lights, marble fireplaces, concrete furniture and vintage leather furniture.

Last week’s bargains included a Genoe concrete bar table for $689.40 — down from $1,149 — a Shaker double vanity for $1919 instead of $3,499 and a Jordan three seater leather sofa for $2,339 — a saving of $1560.

The new Moorabbin warehouse is at 19 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin in the former home of tobacco giant Philip Morris. The area is being transformed into a $100 million business precinct, dubbed Morris Moor, by the sites new owner Up Property.
