The wild ride continued in AFL SuperCoach Local in Round 5 with many new faces battling their way into the Top 10 as past leaders fell around them.

Just 40 players out of 82 SuperCoach Local competitions kept their heads and held on to their lead while 19 others were bundled out of their local Top 10 all together.

Jonesy Jets was one of those holding strong in the Port Phillip Leader campaign

Supercoach player Chris of Jonesy Jets sits at 11,392 points and is ranked 74th nationally, 223 points behind the Supercoach leader Ryder2Gray from Brisbane.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Captain****** which scored 2367 and jumped 30,183 spots nationally and is now ranked 25,958th.

There are 2130 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Port Phillip Leader’s competition.

A total of 134 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 8056.
