Coronavirus hot spots Melbourne: Warning as Southland Shopping Centre store flagged as high-risk location
An urgent warning has been issued to shoppers who visited Southland Shopping Centre after an infected customer attended a popular store. It comes after another location in the City of Kingston was flagged as high-risk.

Coles Southland has been flagged as a high-risk coronavirus hotspot.
The Department of Health issued a warning on Tuesday night after an infected shopper visited the Nepean Hwy Cheltenham store between 4.45pm and 5.15pm on October 2.
“If you have visited any of the locations listed … during the date indicated for the next 14 days you should watch for coronavirus symptoms,” an online statement reads.
“If symptoms occur, immediately get tested and stay at home while you wait for your results.”
Southland is the second location in the City of Kingston to be flagged as high-risk, behind Carrum Surf Life Saving Club.
The department confirmed an infected person visited the site on September 18 however the site is no longer flagged as a hotspot.
