Voting runs until 11.59pm on Sunday, November 15, with the winner revealed on the Mordialloc Chelsea, Moorabbin, Bayside and Caulfield Facebook pages on Thursday, November 19.
The winner will go into the state final to decide the best hairdresser in Victoria!
