Toorak crime: 26-year-old P-plater caught
Police say a young man was a little too infused with Christmas cheer in leafy Toorak — and he faces many months without a licence.

A 26-year-old P-plate driver faces a string of charges after he blowing a massive blood alcohol reading in Toorak on Friday.
Prahan highway patrol pulled the man over after they observed his car swerving on Monash Fwy at 8.45am, and travelling more than 20km/h over the 80km/h speed limit.
He refused to take a drug test, but police said he blew .242.
The man, from Dandenong, was also charged with possessing a small amount of meth.
Police said his car was impounded for 30 days while his licence was suspended immediately for 12 months.
He was charged with drink driving, drug possession and failing to stay in marked lanes.
