A Frankston man charged over a tragic crash on Boxing Day in Coldstream that left one woman dead has fronted court for the first time since the accident.

A Frankston truck driver has appeared in court four days after a collision in Coldstream left one woman dead and two men in hospital.
Rory Keats, 42, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court on December 29, facing one charge of dangerous driving causing death.
The court heard emergency services attended the scene on Maroondah Hwy at 1.15pm on Boxing Day after a truck collided with a car.
Three passengers were in the car at the time of the collision, which left one 62-year-old woman from Tranmere in South Australia dead.
One 62-year-old Essendon man was rushed to hospital with critical injuries and a 63-year-old man from South Australia was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Mr Keats was not injured in the tragic smash and stopped at the scene.
Mr Keats was released on bail and will face the County Court of Victoria in 2024.
