Woman flown to Royal Melbourne hospital after Myrtleford car accident
A woman has been flown to hospital after being struck by a reversing car in Myrtleford on Tuesday morning, half an hour after two people were injured in a Shepparton crash.

A woman has been flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in Myrtleford.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said it was understood a car was reversing from a driveway and struck a pedestrian on O’Donnell Ave just after 9am.
“The female pedestrian was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries,” she said.
“The male driver of the car stopped and spoke to police.”
O’Donnell Ave is closed near Mummery Rd and diversions are in place.
An investigation is underway.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed one person was being flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The accident occurred only half an hour after two people were injured in a crash in Shepparton.
It is believed a Toyota and a BMW collided on the intersection of Rowe and Dudley streets about 8.30am.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said three patients were transported by road in a stable condition to Goulburn Valley Health.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said the driver and sole occupant of the Toyota was a 66-year-old Shepparton woman, who had non-life-threatening injuries.
“The driver of the BMW, a 33-year-old Shepparton woman, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and her passenger was uninjured,” she said.
“The investigation into the collision remains ongoing.”
