Jesse Baillie remembered as ‘full of life and love’ after Wangaratta crash
A community is mourning after a Wangaratta man with a “kind soul full of life and love” died in a single-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning.

A “full of life” teenager is being remembered as a “kind soul” after he was killed in a horror crash near Wangaratta.
Jesse Baillie’s car crashed into trees on the side of Warby Range Rd, Wangaratta South about 12.30am Tuesday.
The 19-year-old P-plater died at the scene.
“The shock is immeasurable. One moment, everything was normal — and the next, a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and community member was gone,” Allie Moffat wrote in a GoFundMe.
“No words can ease the pain his family is feeling right now, but we hope that, together, we can help carry them through it.
“Jesse’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.”
There has also been an outpouring of love on social media for Mr Baillie.
On the North Albury/Lavington Community Watch page Chloe Tahlia Edgar wrote, “he was the sweetest soul ever I’m so thankful to of had the love and support I always had from you Jesse”.
“Rest easy Jesse. You were such a good friend to everyone you will be missed heaps,” Kaitlyn Powell wrote.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
Mr Baillie is the 10th person to have died on Victorian roads since Saturday, after a horror weekend across the state.
