A woman has been killed in a single car crash in Locksley while another woman in the same car has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.`

A woman has been killed in a single car crash in the state’s north.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Locksley on Monday afternoon.
It’s believed the vehicle was travelling on Carmodys Rd just after 1pm when it rolled.
One of the two occupants in the vehicle, woman, died at the scene.
The other occupant, also a woman, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The exact cause of the crash is being determined.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said an air ambulance has been dispatched.

So far, 202 lives have been lost on Victorian road this year, compared to 162 lives lost last year.
Montana Russell, a 15-year-old Wodonga teen, also died in a collision in Locksley back on June 28.
Montana was a front seat passenger in a grey Holden Captiva driven by her 14-year-old friend when the car collided with a truck on the Hume Highway.
