Five people have been taken to hospital after a truck and car collided in the Goulburn Valley on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision at the intersection of Orrvale Rd and Poplar Ave about 11.40am on Thursday.
Police have been told a Toyota Camry sedan which was travelling east on Poplar Ave struck a truck travelling north on Orrvale Rd before crashing into a barrier.
Four occupants from the Toyota — including the male driver and three passengers — were transported to hospital for observation.
A fifth occupant of the car, a woman, was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The truck driver was not injured.
Investigations are ongoing.
