Michael Andrew Hibbert, 34, and Matthew Spiteri, 34, faced the Wangaratta Magistrates’ Court on September 16 accused of trespassing and theft.

It is alleged both men stole a Mitsubishi truck registration worth $50,000 and assorted freight from Jabek Transport.

Mr Hibbert is also charged with stealing a Kenworth truck registration worth $50,000 from Rod Pilon Transport in Wangaratta.

Mr Hibbert is also charged with failing to stop on police direction and driving unlicensed.
