A Benalla man will front court after he was charged with sexual offences relating to an incident at a popular local park.

A Benalla man has been charged over an incident that occurred at a popular park toilet block.
A 23-year-old man was charged and bailed over a number of offences that allegedly happened at Benalla Rose Gardens on April 16.
Police are still seeking information on the matter and would like to speak to any females that used the toilets that day between 10.30am and 11.30am.

He will appear at Benalla Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
