A Russian drug dealer helped two Sydney enforcers bash his business partner in their violent attempt to extort ownership of a city strip club.

Genna Schvarts or “Shvarts” was on bail for trafficking MDMA and cocaine when he, Brendan Bradshaw and “Vaiusu” savagely bashed Robert Srbinoski at the Exotica Gentleman’s Lounge on May 19, 2018, a court has heard.

Schvarts, from Balaclava, Mr Srbinoski and two other men were partners in the King St strip club until the relationship turned “problematic”.

Bradshaw and Vaiusu were flown in from Sydney to purchase Mr Srbinoski’s 50 per cent share of the $700,000 business.

The Sydney thugs plotted to offer Mr Srbinoski an “optimistic” $50,000 or “threaten to injure him” if he didn’t take the deal.

They met Schvarts and Mr Srbinoski at Exotica just after 1pm for a tour of the venue.

Bradshaw put the offer to an unimpressed Mr Srbinoski who flatly rejected the deal.

“OK Genna, I realise what is happening now, but I don’t understand why,” Mr Srbinoski said.

Schvarts abused Mr Srbinoski in Russian calling him a “whore” before Vaiusu amped up the threat.

“This is how this is going down,” Vaiusu said.

“You take the fifty and you sign everything over.

“You sign everything over and we bring the fifty to your house.”

Mr Srbinoski still refused so Bradshaw and Vaiusu beat him to the ground.

The brutes punched and kicked Mr Srbinoski in the head while he was down.

Mr Srbinoski – who’d recently had brain surgery – begged his attackers to stop.

“Genna knows I’ve had extensive brain injuries, so you don’t want to make it a murder,” he said.

“Hit him over the head as much as you want,” Schvarts said.

The pair continued the assault, threatening to come to Mr Srbinoski’s house if he didn’t sign over the club.

They then left with Shvarts who had removed the CCTV hard drive.

Mr Srbinoski called a friend who drove him to Werribee Mercy Hospital.

He suffered serious facial fractures and had to be in hospital for three days.

Bradshaw and Vaiusu were arrested in Sydney not long after the attack.

Schvarts was arrested at his Balaclava home on May 25, 2018.

He was on bail at the time after the “businessman” – who made money selling Diesel Jeans – was caught with a stack of MDMA, cocaine and cash at his Balaclava home on April 4, 2018.

Police caught Schvarts with more than 73gm of cocaine and almost 280gm of MDMA – some of it packaged in “Tom & Jerry” deal bags.

Shvarts was also caught with almost $240,000 cash and a taser.

Shvarts, 50, pleaded guilty in the County Court on Tuesday to drug trafficking and intentionally cause injury.

Bradshaw, 48, pleaded guilty at the same hearing to extortion with threat to inflict injury and intentionally cause injury.

Both men will be sentenced at a later date.

Vaiusu is in custody in NSW for unrelated matters.
