A Monash development in a prime location continues to attract interest from buyers despite the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Golden Age Group sold 12 of its Sky Garden apartments last week, valued at a total of $10 million.
The development features a 4,000sq m outdoor podium garden, which includes a relaxation zone, entertainment lounges, vegetable gardens, a children’s play zone and outdoor fitness areas.
The three-tower project is going up above The Glen shopping centre, with the main tower — about 64m high — featuring 19-storeys.
Two secondary towers will have 11 and 12-storey of about 40m and 43m respectively.
Golden Age sales and marketing director Dandan Zhao said the project’s connection to The Glen and a podium garden feature were proving popular with buyers.

“The podium provides a place for exercise and fresh air without having to leave the building,’’ Ms Zhao said.
“Before we were confined to our homes, this wasn’t viewed as a necessity but now it is.
“In addition, Sky Garden is near top performing schools and leading universities, which has seen a number of individuals purchase for their children studying in Australia.”
The project is expected to be finished later this year.
