The top 50 in the east come as the capital’s top 100 most liveable places to live were announced last month.

The list, compiled by PRD Real Estate exclusively for the Herald Sun, ranks liveability based on access to public transport, shops, healthcare, education and green spaced, as well as planned commercial and government projects.
