WHEN tiny Tia Haralambous was born weighing just 517 grams doctors gave her little chance of surviving.

The tiny tot spent the first 168 days of her life in Mercy Health’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where she had six blood transfusions.

Now Park Orchards parents Rochelle and Peter Haralambous want to give back to the hospital that saved the life of their bubbly little girl, who is now at Park Orchards Kinder.

Mrs Haralambous is taking part in Mercy’s Pram Jam from November 20 to 26.

Participants are asked to register online and then get walking — or running — with their little ones in their prams
