All inbound lanes of Malvern Rd are blocked at Burke Rd after a car ended up on its side about 6.45am.
The Department of Transport is urging drivers to consider using High St or Toorak Rd inbound instead.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed paramedics were called to an accident in Glen Iris about 6.45am but no emergency treatment or transport was required.
Meanwhile all southbound lanes of the Chandler Highway, Kew are blocked at Princess St after a collision involving a car and truck.
Emergency services are directing traffic at the intersection. Drivers are urged to consider using Hoddle St, Burke Rd or Bulleen Rd to cross the Eastern Freeway.
Traffic is now getting through southbound from the Chandler Highway, Kew onto Princess St following the collision. Emergency services remain on scene.
