Croydon locals were devastated when the cinema closed after 45 years in business but the sale could be a chance for the venue to be brought back to life.
“This is a unique opportunity to own and operate your own cinema complex and take advantage of the existing infrastructure and liquor license with the potential to grow and expand in the future,” real estate agent John Camilleri said.
The property includes four cinemas with a combined 848 seats.
The sale price is $3.95m.
123-127 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood
Nestled in the centre of the Ringwood Activity precinct is a freshly built three story entertainment mecca.
The property is the former home of the iconic Dakota nightclub and the new lively home of the Bungalow Beer Garden.

The premises is vacant.
It is located in the Ringwood industrial precinct and is a short walk from Heatherdale station.

A well established laundrette business is another business waiting on a new owner.
The coin laundry, located along the Ringwood retail strip, is being sold as vacant possession or as an established business.
The listing said the business is in the “heart of Ringwood” and is a short distance from Eastland, Ringwood station and EastLink.
