A TRULY spectacular display of autumn beauty is catching the eye of visitors to the Yarra Valley.

The red maples on Warren Smith’s Wandin North property are ablaze in all their colourful glory at this time of year, delighting those who pass them.

“I love those trees — they are on fire at the moment,” Mr Smith said.

“It’s terrific heading into winter, at the moment they are setting the place alight.”

Mr Smith is also known for other trees on his property — he runs the Yarra Valley Christmas Tree Farm.
