Thousands of preschoolers have played make-believe, created little works of art and explored nature at Ashwood Memorial Kindergarten.
The time has come to celebrate its 50th anniversary with an open day on Saturday.
Past, current and new families are invited to the kindergarten to celebrate it and the memories it holds for so many.
Some past and current staff will join to reminisce and anyone with a connection to the kinder is invited to go and help celebrate being part of the community.
